Nestled in the heart of Lincoln, NH (recently voted one of the state's coziest towns), this fully renovated two bedroom rental is the perfect mountain getaway whether it's for 2 nights or two weeks. With two bedrooms and one full bathroom, this fully-furnished unit can comfortably accommodate individuals, couples, or families (up to 4 adults and 2 kids). One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom houses another queen, and a set of stackable twins (175 lb weight limit). Both Queens have 3" TemperPedic toppers and 600 thread count sheets. The common areas include a spacious, modern eat-in kitchen, as well as a warm, inviting family room complete with a wall-mounted 65 inch flat screen smart TV and entertainment center. The living room has cable, plus Hulu w/no commercials, Netflix and Prime Video. In the living room bench you'll find board games and cards. The large bedroom has a 50" smart TV with Hulu w/no commercials, Netflix and Prime Video. Every room has USB chargers for modern convenience. Full size Samsung washer and dryer with All Free & Clear detergent for your use. Everything is renovated for your comfort and convenience. Outside enjoy use of the gas grill and wood fire pit along with 4 chairs. In the summer, there are 3 window ACs, one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen. For those seeking outdoor adventure, the famed Loon Mountain ski resort can be seen from the back deck, and Cannon Mountain is only a short 12 minute drive away. There are variety of nearby hiking trails that range from a very easy walk in the woods to more difficult trails including the Franconia ridgeline consisting of Mt Lincoln, Lafayette, Liberty and Flume, plus there are several more great hiking trails in the nearby Franconia Notch State Park. Beyond hiking, enjoy close-by Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale, Alpine Adventures, Lost River Gorge , Ice Castles and more!

We had a terrific visit for our first trip to NH... this location is perfect. All that was needed was readily accessible (even labels on the light switches) ... and house is so clean, so comfortable, and so cozy. We definitely recommend! Host was great to make suggestions in advance of arrival and texted with early check in info.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Perfect location where we went to the Flume, Cascade falls and Pemi River! Also, super convenient spot for all the things you need, restaurants, grocery, rite aid! The apartment was super clean, organized and comfortable!! Very great communication with Jenn! I loved all her decor and the beds were great! Our kids thought the “kids room” was the coolest 😎 10/10 wpuld stay here again!

This place had plenty of cooking utensils and supplies. We were very pleased to find sandwich bags and plastic wrap and foil and paper towels. We were able to have home cooked meals, but also close to grocery and restaurants. 5 minute drive to Clark’s

Nice and large flat close to center of Lincoln. Flat well equipped and kitchen very well equipped with large dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven and many utilities. Good and fast internet. Easy checkin.

We planned a last minute 2 night stay in Lincoln with my husband and 2 kids (2.5 & 6 years). We preferred a space with a separate bedroom so my husband and I could stay up after putting kids to bed. The fact that the unit had 2 bedrooms was a bonus!! Jennifer’s place was clean, well appointed, had comfortable amenities, and was right in town. BEST BONUS: walking distance to Flapjacks for breakfast!! Yum! Fabulous breakfast spot! She was quick to respond and priced below comparable hotels in the area. You totally get your money’s worth. Bonus: laundry in unit and despite only staying 2 nights, we used it because we did a hike in the pouring rain! The unit is quiet- no street noise and never heard anything from occupants below! It would be a great shared spot for 2 families that are traveling together or single family with multiple kiddos. Bunk bed room was larger and could sleep kids on the floor if needed! My 6 year old would tell you the Alexa speaker was the highlight as he could order up any song he wanted LOL!

Very convinient spot- within walking distance to many restaurants and a central location to area attractions. The beds were quite comfortable, and our kids loved the bunk beds! This location was very clean and well-appointed. We had a wonderful time and were thrilled with the quality of this unit! Strongly recommend!

This is a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend it. Location is within walking distance to the Main Street in town too. Super clean! It has a nice washer/dryer which was great to wash hiking clothes. The beds were very comfortable too!

This was the perfect little condo for our family of 4 for the weekend. It was within short walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream, which we took advantage of. It was in a good location for our day time exploring the white mountains so travel time didn’t take up too much time. Condo was very clean and updated. Had everything you needed. We would 100% stay here again when we visit NH
