About this house rental
Located in Wild Dunes, this attractive house for $550 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our beautiful Seaside Sanctuary, located in the desirable Grand Pavilion section of Wild Dunes. This location offers all of the amenities of Wild Dunes while maintaining peace and tranquility. Our home is located one row off the Boardwalk and just steps away from the Grand Pavilion ocean front pools, dining and shopping. As our guests, you have full access to the Boardwalk ocean front pools. Across the street are the top ranked Wild Dunes tennis center, bike shop and Harbor golf course. This 4BR/4BA home affords guests their own private suite with private bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to store luggage and share space with smaller children if needed. The 2 master bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with two Double/full beds are located on the first floor and on the fourth floor. The fourth floor Master has a private balcony with ocean views. The second floor offers two bedrooms with four Full/double beds total, each with a private bathroom. The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen sits just off the living room and can accommodate nine for a seated dinner with 4bar stools and the dining table that seats 6 comfortably. In addition to the flat screen smart TV in the living room, we offer WiFi throughout the house. Just off the living room you will find a lovely porch with additional seating that overlooks the courtyard. On the porch, you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the ocean! Additionally, there is a full sized stacked washer and dryer on the first floor and a top of the line HVAC system affording you plenty of AC when you return from the beach. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles in the garage as well as an outside shower to wash off any excess sand prior to entering the house. We take pride in our beautiful home and personally manage it ourselves ensuring that its well kept and immaculate. This condo is exceptional, plenty of space in Wild Dunes. Condo was immaculate! Next to the beach and close to all of the amazing resort amenities. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more personable. Special thanks to the nice lady in the boutique at the Sweet Grass Inn! She was so welcoming and kind with our purchases!! Also thank you to the nice lady that would bring me a cup of coffee to go every morning! I 100% recommend this property!!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate 5 of our family’s birthdays, ages 5-84.

Perfect little in-town getaway for the weekend. We just live over in Mt Pleasant but wanted to do a special weekend "away" for our daughter's 15th birthday. My husband and I hosted my daughter and a handful of her friends for a sleepover and beach/pool time. The house was perfectly arranged for this. We took the top floor bedroom, and slept soundly while the girls all took the bedrooms on the lower floors. PLENTY of bathroom space for 8 girls to get ready for dinner all at once. The beach is as described - a 60-second walk from the condo. The pools are nice too, and the beach bar/grill right there at the pools is super convenient, although very expensive. As other reviewers have stated, the carpet throughout the unit is old, but I understand it's being replaced this fall. That upgrade will make this home complete! Wish we could have stayed longer, but it was super last minute and just what we needed for a memorable weekend!

Perfect location for having two toddlers! Right near the pool, park, beach, and restaurants. Having access to all of these things within a short walk makes life so much easier with little kids and minimizes time in the car and maximizes time with family!
Loved that the bedrooms are large and on different floors, which allows for more privacy. Kitchen and living area are not huge but perfect for a beach place and encourages us to spend more time outside!

If you are looking to be on the beach or even views of the beach this is not for you. But It is close to walk to the boardwalk. The condo has nice decor but small family area (very small for 6 adults and 3 children). Bedrooms are a nice size. Needs a little updating. Carpets are a mess and need to be replaced and the toilets seats were cracked. But overall not a bad place if you like condos.

Great location and space for 4 couples. Stair carpeting and upper bedroom carpeting worn (I believe slated to be replaced soon) but overall house is very clean. Property Manager responsive to concern we had upon arrival.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Excellent location. The only negative in the home was the the upstairs carpet probably in need of replacement. And the Grand Pavilion pools were not heated as I was told by Wild Dunes resort staff via a phone call earlier this year. Minor issues. Again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place may not have a view of the beach but it’s close to the beach, the grand pavilion pool, and in the heart of wild dunes! Every room has its own bath. There is no grill so plan meals accordingly. The rugs and furniture are showing wear and tear but overall this was a comfortable and quiet place to stay near all the action! Would definitely stay here again

Our family really enjoyed the location of this beach house. It was steps from the beach and pools with access to live music, restaurants, and shops.
There was a small leak in one of the bedrooms due to heavy rain the week before we arrived. The owner was very apologetic, even though it really wasn’t a terrible inconvenience to us, and refunded us some of our money. We would recommend this house!

Great location. Living and dining room space too small and we only had 6 people in a condo for 10. Horrible check-in—-waited in a line of cars for 45 minutes and then told we had to go to another gate where we had a very unfriendly staff person.

This place really needs some renovation. I have never seen a carpet so dirty. Hairs under the beds. Walls are very dirty. But it’s a nice place to stay. Everything you needs is there.

Our group of six stayed last weekend and loved the place! The first floor master was perfect for the bride to be, kitchen has all we needed, porch area perfect for breakfast and our evening card games. The house was very clean and love that each room had it's own bathroom, important for women who needed to glam up! It's about 25-35 mins drive to downtown Charleston and we did that each day no problem. Be aware the top master is up a few flights of stairs but I didn't mind that at all, got my cardio. The owner was super responsive when we texted questions and made the process a dream.
