You'll also enjoy interior accommodations and upgrades, including granite countertops, new top-of-the-line appliances and furnishings, upgraded electronics, and beautiful tile floors throughout! Prepare a culinary masterpiece in the updated gourmet kitchen, boasting french door fridge bottom drawer freezer, stainless oven, microwave and double basin sink, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and all the small appliances, utensils, and cookware needed. The living room offers plenty of seating and a flat screen HDTV where the whole family can lounge for movie night, not to mention the french doors that open to the expansive covered patio! Retire after a long day of recreation to one of 2 luxuriously appointed bedrooms and catch some rest. The master boasts a plush king bed, and the guest bedroom features a custom full over queen bunk. Clean condo for a modest price! The pool was 10 feet away from our back door, and the complex was very clean. We look forward to renting again next year!

We stayed here for four nights. Condo was clean- with the exception of a few cups in the cabinet that were dirty but we washed them so no big deal. very short walk to the beach. keep an eye out for the complex when you’re driving, especially at night. poor signage and lighting. but none of these factors would keep us from staying again. very convenient!

Our favorite place
Another Memorial Day weekend at our favorite getaway. Had two issues that were corrected immediately. One was main TV was going out. Owners replaced quickly. Impressive. Now, I just need the owners to sell the place to me? We love it here.

The kitchen was well appointed and we prepared two full dinners with every utinil you’d ever need. The beds were extremely comfortable and air conditioner worked perfect!!! Bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels.

The unit was not clean….lots of sand & dust bunnies on the floor and sofas. Also, ants were plentiful inside around the kitchen & dining area.

There was a broken cabinet & dishwasher front panel that was pretty quickly fixed upon notification. It was nice & quiet in the neighborhood. The beds & couches were nice & comfortable & the air conditioning worked great!

Awesome Vacation
Great place to stay. Clean and quiet area. Had the pool to ourselves most days. The beach is a short walk - the kids handled it perfectly. We would definitely consider staying again!

Birthday Beach Trip
We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with family friends and had a great time! Pool was nice, and it was a short walk to the beach.

The week was very enjoyable. The condo was perfect for our group. Two complaints. Small flying insects the whole week. Maybe sand flies of some kind in the condo. Also, the master bath toilet would sometimes hang up and kept running.

The good - This was a beautiful, spacious and clean place to stay and the property was very quiet and enjoyable. The beach access is just a short walk across the street.
The bad - The entire bayside private beach, pavilion and fishing peir are totally unusable and the fishing peir is actually GONE. There's broken glass and weeds all over the private beach area. The rental owner didn't care about our concerns or apologize for the fact that it wasn't mentioned in the listing. They just told us to stay out of the area since it was blocked off.
If you're booking this rental for the beach it's great but if you want the enjoyment of peaceful bayside activities and fishing DON'T BOOK IT!

Quaint and quiet little neighborhood. We also liked how private it was. We needed relaxation and that’s what we got! We have family that stay in these villas all the time so we knew it would be great.

As Advertised
This place was great! The location was where we needed to be. It was homey and comfortable. It was clean. The lighting and signage at the entrance from the main road could be updated and clearer so you can see your way in at night. Access to the beach is just across the street. The pool is not huge but is accessible. Could've been a little cleaner. We did not need anything during our stay but had multiple text offers if we did need help and I am confident any issues would have been addressed immediately.

The property was great. Home was clean and patio view was great. We enjoyed the dock in the mornings and evenings. Only down side was the walk to the beach and beach supplies. We were unable to find a rental company to bring chairs and umbrellas to the beach and had to purchase those items. The walk to the beach was further than I had anticipated. It was difficult to haul the supplies to the beach.

Quiet beach retreat
A relaxing week spent on Perdido Key in a quiet villa. We stayed on the bay side, spent mornings at the beach which was a short walk across the highway followed by afternoons at the pool. I would recommend this villa to those looking for a quiet vacation at the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was awesome and the place was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Having easy access to the beach and the riverside was wonderful!

Great vacation & location
It’s not a property. It’s a home. Extremely close to the beach. Great location to the pool. Bring earplugs when the dishwasher is running or go to the beach. It’s really loud. The lanai is perfect for dinner or early breakfast. Pick up necessities at the Wal-Mart on the way.
Overall. This is a great vacation home. You will love it.

The place was beautiful and clean upon arrival!
We all had a wonderful experience. We rarely had to leave the condo. The beach was within walking distance. The kids had a blast building sand castles.
The other families at the pool were nice. The kids spent hours playing in the pool. It was big enough for several families.
The condo was spacious for our entire family. The TV in the living room has a hdmi port. This was awesome. I could connect my tablet to play kid shows.
We are looking forward to returning next year!
