Great location and community. Condo was comfortable and close to area restaurants and grocery stores. We had to change condo from what we originally selected due to owner taking our week off for availability after we had it booked, but the 2nd condo was suitable for our needs. Only note is floors could have been cleaned and mopped better as it left our bare feet and socks black after walking on it.

The apartment was really fantastic. The apartment is so well equipped and everything is in good condition.The only problem was the cockroaches. It was unpleasant to find them in the bedroom or the bathroom.

We rented this property while we were moving my parents out of their home in Pawleys Island. The property had what we needed - it was quiet, not far from their house and had a nicely stocked kitchen. The property could use a refresh and we were disappointed that we couldn't get into the pool area.
