The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a sectional sofa. Take advantage of the DVD library featuring over a hundred movies or enjoy a board game with the family. Just off the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet.The private patio can be accessed through the living area and offers a gas grill for additional cooking options. This is a fabulous condo that is very large for a 1 bedroom. It was clean and the location to the gondola is perfect. Totally loved it! The only complaint is having to pick a key up off site. That makes no sense in today’s world where codes on an Kaba lock are so easy to generate. The condo was also stocked very well. Beautiful place!!

Right around the corner from the common area. Close to all the eating joints and very short walk to the Gondola. 1st floor room with heated garage is the only way to do it!

This first floor condo is well appointed with plenty of towels and nice bedding. The ceiling fans are a plus in the summer. Construction outside the condo takes away the view and enjoyability of the deck.

This was our second stay in this condo. It was clean, good location, everything you needed to prepare small meal. Staff was very helpful with minor issue at the beginning of our stay. Will definitely return again.

Even though Keystone slopes and the village was closed we had a lovely quite time at Arapahoe Lodge. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking at the scenery and meeting new friends in the hot tub. The condo was quaint & well equipped. The mattress seemed very hard at first but when we laid down the foam molded to your body. Great comfortable night sleep. Great stay and look forward to coming back.

There are 2 restrooms in lobby 10 steps away so it’s really like an extra 2 half baths. Ski lockers right there also. Really close to gondola. I don’t usually walk far in my boots but this was definitely doable. Free washer and dryer right next to lockers. Hot tub was perfect. Arapahoe hot tub much better than Dakota FWIW. Grocery store right next door. We will rent again here.

Once we checked in to our room we quickly realized there was NO hot water!!! After skiing all day with our 3 children we were unable to take hot showers.
Kitchen sink , bathroom sink… no hot water.
We called every number listed and finally got someone to answer. After sitting for 3 hours wondering what to do someone got back to us and said entire lodge was out of hot water and had no idea when it would get fixed. This was the start of our vacation .
We decided to book the Hyatt and stay there. So We left.
We missed our dinner reservation and dealt with the hassle of packing and unpacking 2 times. When asking questions to several ppl listed to contact our answers were “ I don’t know”. We expect some sort of compensation.
We also chose to not deal with it during our trip so it wouldn’t be consumed with this disaster and ruin our trip any further. We will be calling property management when we return home .

This was just a quick trip but so happy with this property we found. Honestly looking at trying to find this unit the next time we come up. Great location, covered parking, hot tub right there, very spacious, clean, well stocked, great (easy) communication.

The condo was close to everything! We parked the car in the heated garage, and only used it twice while we were there. Most everything was within close walking distance. The property was clean and looked like it’s online pictures. There is also free laundry right down the hall, so no need to overpack!
Our only issue was when our keycard stopped working midweek. It was taken care of within 45 minutes, so we were impressed with how quickly the property managers fixed the issue.

Very cozy with a perfect location! There is a grocery store attached to the building, a great hot tub and access to heated pool, a short walk to gondola. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The beds were super comfy and the gas fireplace was a great touch. Sleeping for 6 people, the Murphy bed was perfect for my 17 yr old. Overall a wonderful stay! Only negative is that the ski locker did not lock no matter how hard I tried. However, there seemed to be no danger that anyone there would steal out skis.

The unit is located by the entry doors and elevator, so if you sleep in living room, it's noisy, because people walking and talkin very loud in a hall until 2am. But if you sleep in a bedroom, that's fine until 7am. There is a construction going on at the neighborhood, so on another side of the unit it is very loud, they begin work at 7am.
The location is good though, close to slopes, and we really enjoyed the town, it was beautiful.

We decided to escape the Texas heat and head up to the mountains. We are glad we did! The weather was amazing, and the condo was perfect for us. We loved the tall ceilings and the roomy couch. My son loved the bunks as well as the murphy bed (he took advantage of both). Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Lots of pillows and blankets for a comfortable sleep. Speaking of, the bed was nice & comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and all the activities available in the area. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Cant wait to get back for ski season!

The rental was clean and exactly as it looks in the pics. But it is a false sense of privacy. Some woman and her child let themselves into our condo while we were staying there. It was terrifying that someone else has keys and doesn't care if people are staying there.

Upon other observations in the unit we found the carpet to be worn and stained, a floor lamp that was leaning un-naturally, the grill was damaged, and some surfaces had not been dusted in quite a while. The linens had been changed and we had fresh towels. The bed was comfortable.
But, if you spend $250 a night for a unit, I expect better care for a place.
