First Floor: Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned front garden. Enclosed rear garden with terrace and garden furniture. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. Kingsway Court is less than 5 minutes from the beach and provides an excellent base for couples or families to explore the beautiful Sussex coast or South Downs National Park. The main bedroom on the first floor has a balcony which gives way to lovely sea views, and the kitchen was replaced in 2021. Visit Seaford Museum housed in Martello Tower 74. The Seven Sisters Country Park, which has working farms, chalk cliffs and meandering river valleys, provides excellent opportunities for walkers and birdwatchers. The classic cliff top walk, one of the finest coastal walks in England, includes stunning views including Beachy Head before descending into Eastbourne. Conveniently, the number 12 bus runs from Eastbourne to Seaford and on to Brighton, every 10 minutes, the bus stop is just 100 yards away. A number of villages offer the opportunity to visit the many pubs and inns to sample the local brew. Drusillas Zoo covering a 10-acre park, Herstmonceux science centre, Lewes Castle and the British Airways i360 Tower in Brighton all make for memorable days out. For those wishing to stroll along the sea front, the opportunity to enjoy a morning coffee at one of the kiosks on the promenade and as evening approaches to gaze at a glorious sun set over Newhaven Lighthouse and harbour. There are two good golf courses close by. Local shops within 150 yards include a fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway, newsagents, grocers, ladies hairdressers and dog parlour. Beach 300 yards.
