Our community is right off Gladiolas (in-between the church and Tortuga development) and a 2 minute walk to the lovely public library. We are 10 minutes to the Sanibel Causeway and 15 minutes from Ft. Myers beach. Within minutes to several grocery stores shopping, miniature golf, shell hunting, etc. Of course, lots of nice walking/bike paths for the exercise. Our condo is furnished nicely with a KING size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and the second bath has a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. Direct TV with hundreds of channels in the living room and local TV with about 50 channels in the master bedroom. High speed WIFI. The back screened-in lanai is accessible from the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and all the pots/pans/dishes you'd need. Full size washer and dryer. Gas gill on the grounds for use. Our HOA requires all renters submit a background check, which is your responsibility.
