THE BEACH IS YOUR BACK YARD ! MAGNIFICENT VIEWS FROM 3 BALCONIES!
This gulf front townhome has everything you need for the perfect vacation. Walk right on to the beach from your back door. No lugging your gear down an elevator or across the street. You are there. The kids can run in and out of the house at their convenience. Watch the sun rise and set from one of the 3 balconies. The home is centrally located on Scenic 98 near Captain Dave's. It is ½ mile in either direction from Pompano Joes and the Crab Trap.
Once inside, you will immediately be drawn to the incredible ocean view which is highlighted by the large windowed wall of the living room. This beautifully decorated 3 floor home boasts a huge open living space with large couches and plenty of seating for everyone. There is a banquette style eating area that fits at least 8 and another separate game table for 4. There is plenty of room for the whole family to relax, play games, watch TV and eat together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for meals at home. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs is a gorgeous master bedroom. You can enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the gulf from the king size bed or from the private balcony. There is a full master bath with two sinks as well. Also upstairs is a bedroom with a king bed and a bunk room ( set of bunk beds).
At beach level is a bedroom with a 2 twin beds and full bathroom. There is also another living area that includes a sleeper sofa and a bar area with TV, ice maker and small fridge. This is great for quick drink and food runs from the beach.
This will be your new go to spot for every vacation. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

The home was in a perfect location! Great for kids and families! It was great waking up and running straight down to the beach/sand. We wish it had stairs on the main level to access the beach from both levels like other townhomes but still works. The home came with bare minimum- nothing extra, not even a cleaning sponge or 1 single beach towel- come prepared. All in all, we loved the place and would go back, location was great!

We stayed at this townhouse for 4 nights 5 days. It was my husband, son (15), daughter and her best friend (both 11). I was VERY pleased with the communication. SeaStar Lewis was awesome. The townhouse itself was spacious, clean and had what we needed. Couches were comfy, 3 decks were awesome, everything worked, dishwasher door was a little wonky but still worked so who cares, and they indeed have "soft, fluffy towels". The kids said that their beds were comfortable. The best thing, and the reason why we came to Destin, was to go to the beach. I found a couple of condos that were a bit cheaper. They had pools. After discussing with my husband we chose the townhouse. We have a pool, but if you don't I STRONGLY encourage you to do this townhouse. It is ON the beach. You walk out the lower level door onto a deck, down your private ramp, right onto the sand. The beach is there with your chairs and umbrella waiting. NO lugging a wagon full of crap out your condo door, down a hallway, to wait for an elevator with random strangers. No trucking it back to your condo because someone is thirsty or you ran out of sunblock. No getting to the beach before 9 AM so save your spot. At this townhouse, you get to the beach when you want. The beach is private. It's a quick run up to the townhouse for anything missed. I was also comfortable with the kids running to the townhouse by themselves, I could see them and its just so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was dirty, no blender, no propane, lights and locks to some doors did not work, but it is the absolute perfect location the beach made the vacation amazing
