We were large group, 4 families went to see Fall Colors. PERFECT !!! Located very near (never took a car out in 2 days) Snowshoe Resort / Happening Place. Walking distance to all the activities. restaurants and ski lifts. House was Cozy and Comfortable. Had Everything we need. Modern and Updated place. No issues. Enough parking. Outside / Common place is also beautiful. Nice seating area with Fire pit in the common area. Everything in the house worked. Will surely book for next season. :)

Place was perfect for the big UCI race. We had a blast. One item- is there AC? Because if there is, it didn't work. We booked this unit again for next year's UCI so I hope it is fixed by then if the unit has it! What a weekend!

Great space and had everything we needed!

We had a great time with our two families this weekend. Positives: Great ski-in/ski-out location! The layout of the home was nice, with a kitchen open to living room and eating area. We loved the fireplace and large dining table that fit 8 comfortably. Also, the kitchen was really well-stocked with dishes and cookware. We cooked every meal at home and had plenty of materials - even great serving dishes for our crew. And there's a PANTRY! We loved being able to put our food away and off the countertops which seems common in other rentals. My favorite thing about the layout was this huge entryway for boots, coats and gear. Tons of hooks, benches, etc. made it perfect for us to stash our stuff and then be out of the way of the living space. Also, ski racks on the front porch for skis and poles - really well done! The views from the place were beautiful - we watched a family of deer two mornings in a row wake up from sleeping in the snow! There were a few negatives: First, the light in the upstairs master was tripping. Turned out to be a GFCI, easy to fix but it did keep happening. Owner probably needs to look at that! The big thing, though, was the hot tub was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in a while. We are hot tub owners to we know the drill. The property manager had a hot tub person come out the next day, and clean and do the chemicals so we could use the tub safely. After long days of skiing, we were counting on having that - and were happy to enjoy the second day. Some of the furniture is worn, like the couch in the living room and some dressers/tables, but we didn't really care - I more point that out to the owner that it's probably time for a couple updates there! Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back to this unit! The positives definitely outweighed the negatives!

A great weekend spent mountain biking with close friends. The property had an abundance of space as well as beds for everyone (a huge plus). The kitchen was modern and well stocked. And parking was free and simple. Walking to the edge of the neighborhood to catch a beautiful sunset tied it all together. We will be back.

Our stay at Blackbear Crossing was perfect this year. Everything was very neat, clean, and in proper working order in the condo. We had a wonderful family mini-vacation. Thank you so much!
