This is our second home and has been specially designed to meet our very best of beachfront requirements (Not a party place!! We are very careful to who we rent to and will only consider families who will respect our place as if it was their own).

You will fall in love with the views of white sand and crystal-clear waters from our spacious, well-decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium (beach level). You are surrounded by water, and every room offers a water view. Directly on the beach. Nothing but sand between you and the ocean. Best views and best beach access on the island. Imagine opening your screened lanai door and stepping right onto the sand. The crystal blue clear gulf waters are straight ahead.

With the close view of the ocean, it is easy to spot dolphins, manatee, and native birds during the day while lounging in cushioned chaise lounge chairs, Adirondack beach chairs and multiple large sun umbrellas. Another option is the sitting in our comfy teak rockers in comfort of the airconditioned enclosed lanai. You will find a brand new, new soft reclining leather coach, chairs, Six-foot electric fireplace, 85-inch Samsung TV, Waterfall Granet kitchen, high-end appliances and much more. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been coastal designed. Master bedroom has king bed; guest bedroom has two full size beds. My personal favorite, especially if you play guitar is the Zaar guitar we showcased on the living room wall and that's available for you to use.

All bedrooms have either a direct ocean view or intercoastal. And in the evening, you will be captivated by the spectacular sunsets and the soothing sounds of the surf gently lulling you to sleep - it’s all right at your doorstep! Here is the view.

THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
Beachfront doesn't get any better ! Located at Turtle Beach on Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida, this vacation home has the best of both worlds -- the beach in front and the Intercostal and bring your boat. We have compliantly docks for you to us. Plus, a heated swimming pool in the middle.

YOUR OWN BEACH - YOUR OWN BOAT DOCK
We believe our condo has the most unique setting anywhere with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and your own private dock for your boat on the other you can go boating on Blind Pass lagoon and enter into the intercostal waterway. Almost no property has water on both sides.

BRING YOUR BOAT OR RENT ONE
If you bring your own boat, or rent one during your stay, you are welcome to use any of the boat docks at Fisherman’s Cove free of charge.

Kayak rental and tours are also within easy walking distance; as are boat rentals, Jet Ski rentals, fishing guides and other activities. The fishing is great from both our beach and the bay. Snook, Sheephead, various members of the Jack family, Flounder and Cobia are common, and if you stay with us midyear, don’t be surprised if you hook into a large Tarpon.
