The bathroom is remodeled, there are all new appliances and a King size bed with flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room. BayShores is located on a thin strip between the Gulf Coast Beaches and the Intercoastal Waterway called The Narrows. The white sand of Indian Rocks Beach awaits you only steps across the street. (3 minute walk) This condo has a peaceful and gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway from your private balcony where you can watch dolphins, manatees and a parade of boats day and night. The building has a large heated pool and hot tub. Walk to restaurants, a great nearby coffee shop, salons, pubs and enjoy discounted miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove right next door! Clean, comfortable, brand new kitchen appliances, fresh paint several months ago, new comfortable chairs on the balcony, beach chairs and cart. I could go on, but suffice it to say that you can't go wrong booking this unit.
We already have for 2025.

Chuck & Melinda are great hosts and great to work with. And quick responses to any questions. We’ve stayed their twice.
We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. Saw a few dolphins. Short walk to beach, just across the street and near lots of great restaurants.

2nd time in this wonderful location. Spent much of the time there in the pool and on the full-length balcony watching boats go by and dolphins playing. A simple walk across the street and you're on the powdery sands of the gulf. All serene and happy. Hop in the car and 10 mins later you can have awesome nightlife and shopping. Salt Rock Grille 2 doors down is fantastic. Hosts are very nice and receptive. I hope to return.

Condo was very nice and clean. Kitchen was supplied adequately. View was excellent!!

For the most part, the condo was as written in description. Only drawback was that the unit was located right near the elevator. You heard every time the elevator was being used. As we weren’t in the unit much of the day this wasn’t a problem, but being woken up at 5 am a couple of days was not pleasant. The closeness of the elevator was never mentioned in the unit description.

Great location for beach lovers
This Condo is in a great location for walking to beach and restaurants in Indian Shores area. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything neccessary for trips to beach.

As we weren’t in the unit much of the day this wasn’t a problem, but being woken up at 5 am a couple of days was not pleasant. I’m hoping to return next year for the same perfect experience. The pictures and past reviews are right on. Lovely and peaceful view of the Inner Coastal was so relaxing at the end of the day!

My wife and I stayed for 17 days it was a great condo with views views every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the parade of boats wow. The condo was clean had all we wanted close to everything. Great!

The condo was great and is well cared for and managed very well. The only negatives were the lack of in unit washer/dryer and the pool, although enjoyable on the intercoastal, loses sun really early, ending the pool/sundeck area too early. Not the fault of the owner, just a negative about the property.

We spent 4 nights/5days here. Great location, ease of access to beach, shops, restaurants, pool and everything you need but also a quiet condo place which was nice too.

Wonderful location, close to everything. Even went to Dali Musiem and Chiluly Glass Exhibit. Restaurants were available a dime a dozen.

This was an awesome location and a super clean property! Just steps away from the beach and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. When communicating with Melinda, she replied in a quick time frame and answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing vacation
First time in Indian Shores to celebrate Anniversary.
Melinda was great to work with. Unit was clean. Loved the inlet view of property. Enjoyed sitting out on porch and watching birds, boats, and dolphins. Loved waking up and seeing the inlet from our bedroom.
Convenient to lots of restaurants and botanical gardens.
Loved the covered parking and close to elevator.
Enjoyed the hot tub, would have liked it to be open later as we didn’t get back to unit most nights until close to closing.

It was an easy process and the owners were great to work with. Close to beach. We could either eat in or go out. VERY clean

Great place to enjoy sunshine and relax!
I highly recommend this property. There were many amenities that made it a nice play to stay. The property manager was friendly and easily accessible for questions. The check in process was so easy. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and not crowded at all. There were beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cart to take it all to the beach. Or you can just go downstairs and relax at the heated swimming pool on one of the lounge chairs. Or relax on the patio outside the living-room and watch the boats go by. We even saw some dolphins! Lots of restaurants nearby to try out too. All and all, a very enjoyable vacation!

Wonderful place
The terrific balcony running the width of the condo overlooking the intercoastal was used each day for coffee or meals - a wonderful extension of the neat, clean, well appointed condo. We used the closet-full of beach chairs, cooler, cart, umbrella, etc whenever we walked across the street to the beach. It was ideal. Nothing lacking. Views from every side of the building. We enjoyed the bird sanctuary just down the road, and botanical garden nearby, along with countless great restaurants and everything you could want. The hosts were super helpful. I would love to go back again and again. Thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed this facility very much. The pool was fantastic, and the view from the balcony kept us entertained. Liked how quiet it was.

The condo was perfectly located to explore many areas nearby. Melinda was amazing at helping us with any questions we had before and throughout our stay. The condo was very accommodating to our needs. It was very comfortable and we met many lovely people there. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in vacationing in that area. We had the best time.

Summer Getaway
Condo did not disappoint! Perfect for our family of 3, and had absolutely everything we needed for our family vacation. The view from the condo was spectacular. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins and boats. The provided beach equipment, plus beach cart was a bonus. After spending our days at the beach we enjoyed grilling out by the pool and relaxing. The hot tub was also wonderful to take a dip in before going back to the condo for the night. Fishing off the dock was fun and having a putt-Putt coarse next door was extremely convenient for fun with our kiddo. The owners made the entire process from booking to check out seamless. Everything was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Chuck and Melinda for a wonderful week in paradise.

Best place to stay in Indian Shores
Chuck and Melinda are excellent hosts and their place is wonderful, homey and beautiful. It looks just like the photos and is nicely decorated. The decks off both the master bedroom and living area look out over the waterway and the view never gets old. The location is perfect with many bars/restaurants, stores and coffee shops in walking distance. Chuck and Melinda have thought of everything you could possibly need from beach chairs and equipment to fishing poles and tennis rackets. The place is cozy and just perfect for two people. The entire property itself is well-maintained and with so many activities available, you won't be bored for a second.
