Good Airport Hotel -

Great hotel for long layovers, comfortable and clean would be better if it had a 24 hours rotating check in and out as opposed to normal check in and out times so you can get the full stay as opposed to being out of the room by a set checkout time

Excellent transit stay !

Exceptional location for transit passengers. Very clean and modern with all that’s needed for a transit stay. Rooms bright and well equipped

It was hard to find and several of the security people tried to make me clear customs. I was unable to get into the food area for some reason - but there are many food outlets nearby so it was sent a problem.

Transit de nuit où nous avons pu nous reposer

Nous sommes reconnaissants au Yotel d'avoir accepté de basculer notre réservation du Yotel Airside vers le Yotel Landside. Car le 13/4 à 22h30 nous ne pouvions pas récupérer de carte d'embarquement pour l'avion Transavia du 14/4 et ne pouvions donc accéder à la zone de transit dans laquelle se trouve le Yotel Airside. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

La nuit a été courte car nous avons perdu 3 heures à contacter Transavia, à touver une connexion WiFi (peu pratique à l'aéroport d'Istanbul) et à découvrir l'existence du Yotel Lanside. Cette règle de passage en zone transit avec la carte d'embarquement était expliquée sur le site de Yotel, mais booking.com ne nous en avait pas informés. Le check-out à 9h est un peu tôt.

Great location if you have a red-eye flight. Poor value for money.

If you're traveling early - the location is perfect, saves you time. The rooms are clean.

1) Checkin time is absurd - 8PM 2) The hotel is actually 2 different hotels, but this is not very obvious in booking.com. If you book Yotel Air, which is after the passport control, to go to the city you need to go through passport control on exit and through security too on return. If you want to go to the city, better book Yotel (land?), if you find a way to do it. 3) The furniture and amenities are new and clean, but cheap. Other airport terminal hotels have much better amenities at similar price

I would do a bit more research next time before commiting to staying here.

Room was clean, bright, conveniently located within the airport. The room had many compact conveniences. Very quiet facility for those of us just off a long flight. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious, with a wide variety of foods, including several cheeses, sliced meets, olives, yogurts, and a number of hot items. There's even a coffee machine that makes specialty coffees to order.

This hotel is VERY expensive for one night, especially for the compactness of the room, which is more like a pod, very tight. Breakfast is also extremely expensive and is an extra expense.

Excellent location when transiting through Istanbul.

Location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not enough tea, milk and coffee packets for 2 people for an overnight stay. Given the price of the room, I think that this is poor service. The buffet breakfast was expensive.

Bequeme Anbindung und austeichende Größe der Zimmer.Zimmer.

Sehr gute Anbindung wenn man übernachten soll vor nächstem Flug.Praktisch sind die Automaten dort mit 0,5 l Wasserfl.Personal sehr freundlich. Für 3 Personen 1 grosses Zimmer bekommen. Zustellbett habe per Mail bestellt. Es klappte sehr gut.Nur Kissen und 1 Bettdecke mussten wir nachfordern,sonst klappte Alles wunderbar.

Es gibt nichts.

Great location, great staff, but there are things to improve

Location is a great plus when you need to have a rest between the flights. Bed very comfortable. Good beds for kids. Early check-in Lovely and helpful reception staff

In the shower there was still hair from previous stay. I would prefer a bottled water provided and a kettle with tea/coffee as there is nowhere else you can get unless going out to duty free again. And when your kids are asleep - there is no chance for that. 1 night was almost 300 euro which is way too expensive. Some 5 * hotels have those prices.

place where you can have a good rest BUT for high price

amazing customer service. drinking water from tap. good beds and pillows. heavy doors so you do not hear noise from corridor

Disappointing

Nice location inside the airport, no need to hurry, because Istanbul airport is chaos always. So less stress.

Even it is less stress, breakfast, rooms etc. It's not worth of the high price. But still, it is in Istanbul airport so have to compare to that.

good location, modern rooms.

Dirty beds/rooms, lack of products. Some spaces in the room weren’t clean well enough such as the drawers. barely enough shampoo in the shower. Also, having to pay 15€ extra for early check in time at an AIRPORT is really stupid. bed sheets weren’t changed, they were stained despite paying 15€ to check in early for only being an hour early. Some lights weren’t working in the room.

Convenient, clean, good size room, good wifi. Limited eating areas.

In the airport before check-in. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Not much food to eat since you are in the airport. Rooms are clean and come with bath amenities, wifi worked and beds are comfortable.

To get to the room you have to go through long hallways with carpet , very unfriendly for travelers with suitcases because wheels dont roll on carpet.

Setup of the room was interesting, everything fit in quite small space, facilities were good

Room was not that soundproof as expected and bed was not good for a tall people, it was too small. We did not sleep very well considering the sounds and not adequant bed for tall people, the hotel is simply too expensive all considering - I expected more
