Everything about our stay at Somerset Maslak was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their attitude really made the stay even more enjoyable.
The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleaning staff came every day, which was something I really appreciated.
The building itself was also very convenient. There are three elevators, so we never had to wait long, even when the hotel was busy.
One of the highlights was definitely the spectacular view from the property. The facilities were also well maintained and everything we needed was available.
I also really appreciated that the property had security, as this is something that is very important to me and made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the stay.
The location was another big plus. There are lots of cafés nearby, and the surrounding streets are clean and pleasant to walk around.
Overall, Somerset Maslak exceeded my expectations. Great staff, excellent cleanliness, beautiful views, good facilities, and a convenient location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

The location was amazing
Not very clean and the service is poor
I asked for extra duvet they sent a dirty sheet with a hole in it then i asked again for blanket they sent one with bad smell
