It’s just a beautiful location, the pool, spar, gym are all superb. Great rooms.
There’s always something going on. A major event and something is always being set up or taken down. So scaffolding outside. Car park crowded.

The staff were lovely, they are really kind and enthusiastic. The setting is also stunning, especially the pool area and spa. The free shuttle boat between the four seasons bosphorus and four seasons sultan in the old town was a real treat.
Too many prostitutes and drug dealers.
One evening, when we were in the bar by the pool, around 10pm three high end prostitutes arrived with their pimp. They were then introduced to a table of 5 Russian businessmen. We were on the table next to them, so we heard the entire conversation. This made us feel quite uncomfortable, especially when things got quite heated with a small argument and the businessmen left. Afterwards, the pimp chastised one of the prostitutes for talking too much.
Two days later, a group of 6-7 Russian men in their 20s occupied the same bar area. They were dressed in very casual clothes, shorts and t shirts, and became increasingly loud, drunk and rude to the staff. They were going back and forth to the toilets in groups of two, three and even four at a time, openly using cocaine. It was only 7pm so there were still children using the toilets. The men did nothing to conceal their drug use.
I brought this to the attention of several members of waiting staff who apologised and explained that they also felt uncomfortable, but this was a family who spend a lot of money in the hotel. As a result, we didn’t use the bar area or eat dinner in the hotel.
We spoke to one of the managers the next day who said it wouldn’t happen again and asked why we hadn’t mentioned it at the time, but we did mention it. Staff just felt too uncomfortable to do anything about it, so we left.
