Big hotel with three restaurant options, deep outside pool, good staff at reception and housekeeping.
Also the gym is a big plus, a lot of hotel gyms are very small gym but this gym has everything you need. Also, sometimes we would leave our room after 14:00 and we would still get housekeeping which is very nice. The hotel staff is also available via whatsapp 24/7 which is also nice.
The breakfast gets very, very crowded around 9-10. Also for a "luxury 5 star" I think included a la cart options for breakfast should be available.
The sunbeds next to the pool are not cleaned regulary, and are often found stained when getting to the pool. Also, after checking out, a doorman asked for my phone to "check something" on booking. After I gave him my phone he suddenly gave the hotel a 10 star rating with a description mentioning his name. I have been to a lot of 5 star hotels and I have never experienced something like this. I had to undo the review he submitted. I have sent this information to the hotel but they did not reply. We had a good stay at the hotel and if this did not happen, we would have the hotel in good memory, but unfortunately, this left a bitter taste.
