Location, staff friendly & helpful: Ali was the perfect concierge, very knowledgable and booked the things I needed, and the housekeeping was stellar: Fatima was very attentive to my requests. The size of the suite, with 3 bathrooms was a dream for 2 people who appreciate privacy. We loved the views from the 20th floor, room service was prompt, breakfast options, dining at Aila, all the amenities were lovely. Oh, and the car service we used many times we found useful and reasonable. But to me the most important thing is truly a comfortable nights sleep and the beds were WONDERFUL.

We had a wonderful romantic weekend at the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, and the whole experience was exceptional. Our room had an amazing city view, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful fresh scent throughout, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
What impressed us most was the outstanding level of customer service. Every member of staff was exceptionally polite, attentive and helpful. A special mention to Etham at the customer service desk, whose warm and professional communication and genuine effort to make guests feel happy and comfortable really stood out.
Well done to the management team for selecting and developing such an excellent team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

Aside from that, the food quality was good, the room was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly. The location and view are great and the area is quiet.
The breakfast service was extremely poor and fell far below expectations. Staff were inattentive and made no effort to offer drinks. Guests were expected to fetch coffee from the barista themselves and request orange juice separately, which is not appropriate for a hotel of this standard. The overall level of service at breakfast was disappointing and unprofessional. In addition, the fruit selection was very limited.
