We had an amazing stay. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony and that breathtaking Bosphorus view. Sitting there together, especially in the evening, was such a beautiful and romantic experience. The location is also perfect, with so many great cafés, bars and lounges just a short walk away. What really stood out though was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, helpful and very well trained, and we really appreciated the hospitality and support throughout our stay.
The room is quite small, especially considering the price, which I felt was on the expensive side. Storage space is also very limited, and even a small cupboard would make a big difference. Having said that, the view, location and level of hospitality made the overall experience very special.

The property had a great location and the room looked even better than on the photos. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast area magnificent.
The breakfast was way too overpriced. Had we known that, we probably would not have eaten there.

The charming view of the suite, and the staff are all friendly, especially all the receptionists, especially Kivanc, and the restaurant staff, hakim and naim
