location and breakfast is great .Staff specially Mr Rashit at the front desk and Mr Nihat were great.Mr Nihat at the concierge is a super great guy and very helpful.Our special appreciation and thanks to both the gentlemen dfor making this visit great.

Central location, beautiful hotel, sumptuous breakfast, peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.
The Havaist shuttle bus from the airport to Istanbul drops you off right by the hotel, in Taksim Square which was a great plus for us.
Unfortunately the pool was closed the week we were there.

Location was good but people should know that its on top of the hills and they need to get taxi or clime the hill which was so tiring.
Staff in hotel gave us wrong information about many things like distance to airport or taxi fee to airport or even about places and restaurants.
They mislead us to explore the city as we want.
Coffee at breakfast was not free and they charge people for latte or Cappuccino!
At pool wearing cap was compulsory and if we dont have we have to purchase from them !!
Room was dark and with small window
Carpets are dirty and old
Cats were roaming in the lobby of hotel and we sat on sofa and cats hair stick to all my cloths …. Not appropriate
