The staff were friendly and quick to help with our requests.
Nothing really, expect it was a little noisy on the Friday night.. level 2. The toilet button needs fixing.

This was our second stay at the hotel! We were warmly greeted each morning at breakfast by Y.Kerem Inal and Aram Dal. Exceptional service by both! Great front desk staff also. Avni doing a great job as always!
The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to Galata tower and Istiklal street. Great cafes, restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel.
Very clean and beautiful decor. It is like living in a mansion.

The location was very good! The climb up the stairs to get to reception was quite steep but the person at reception immediately came down to carry our luggage up the steps :)
My son, who lives in Istanbul, came to visit us at the hotel. In spite of our informing the front desk to allow him up, someone was sent to follow him. That was quite unsettling and a little rude.

The location was amazing. Close to the metro, close to great restaurants and tourism opportunities.
It’s a very stylish hotel, amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us, air con everywhere, comfortable beds, beautiful linen, dressing gowns! Fab roof terrace for city views. Incredible restaurant next door, Aheste.
Steep climb up steps from the street but everything else made the ascent worthwhile. It’s a lovely old building.
