We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is absolutely fantastic, very convenient for exploring the city and close to many restaurants, shops and attractions.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They were always willing to help and made us feel very welcome.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Westist Hotel for a couple of nights and overall it was a convenient option, especially because of the location. Istiklal Street is literally about a 2-minute walk away, so it is perfect if you want to explore the area, walk to Taksim, or have plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
There is no breakfast offered by the hotel, but this really wasn’t a problem because there are many cafés and breakfast places nearby that open in the morning.
The rooms are quite small. We specifically wanted a quiet room and had to upgrade our room category during the reservation process in order to get a room facing the back street. It was actually pretty quiet at night during our stay, although I’m not sure how it would be on a busy weekend considering how close the hotel is to Istiklal.
There is no water refill station. Two small bottles of water are replaced when the room is cleaned, and you can also request additional water at reception. The room has a kettle, instant coffee, tea, and sugar.
Other than that, the hotel was fine for a short stay. The location is definitely its biggest advantage, and I would consider it a practical option for a couple of nights if being close to Istiklal is your priority.
My main complaint was about the cleaning. I found some hairs on the shower wall, and the ashtray on our balcony had not been emptied. These are relatively small things, but they do affect the overall impression of cleanliness and should be paid more attention to.

Great location - that's pretty much the only positive.
Really outdated! Bathroom was moldy and grout was falling apart. Towels were in terrible condition (which is ironic for a place that threatens to fine you if you stain them). Room was small, but that was the least of my problems given the very disappointing and old room, with a view of a wall. There are plenty of hotels in Istanbul and my advise is to book elsewhere.
