I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Metin and Ibrahim, who were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I’d also like to thank the gentleman who welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around the rooms. He made us feel at home from the very first moment. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the mattress ensured a perfect night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I would gladly stay here again. Five stars.

Good Location
The house keeping , the bed sheets and blankets.
They flip the sheets for the reuse which is definitely not a good standard for 5-star hotel. I have evidence

Room was nice
Location is bad and incoveneint to reach city center, is in main road with speeding cars not aeasy to cross and no public transport nearby. The area is ulgy nothing to do nearby
