Nice for the two night and breakfast was wonderful as I had to cancel third night but did not get any refund

We stayed 10 days at the hotel. Reception staff ware helpful and supportive, especially Mr. yousef
Breakfast was so good and enough (set menu ) but repeatedly same.
Beds were comfortable
We booked a family suite we get 2 separate rooms with 2 separate doors and they informmed us that is a family suite?!!
Location was on high slope hill with some difficulty to climb .
Booked ROUND transportation from AIRPORT - HOTEL BUT WAS OVERPRICED AS IT COST US 90 EURO FOR THE ROUND TRIP FROM IST. AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL. But was clean and good .
Only one Housekeeper was not good and looks agitated as she opened our room and we were inside and there was a sign of do not disturb on, also on other occasion she came inside the room without permission directly on opening the door and we were surprised from her behaviour . She was so rude and we could not communicate well with her we notify her to the receptionist Mr. Yousef who was very gentle and cooperative.
