Great location with an excellent pool complex. Staff were great, with a special mention for Emir in the Club Lounge who was very attentive.

It is not my first visit here and every time the experience is nice. Room was big and the bed was super comfortable. Selection for the breakfast is quite big with the omelet station and pancakes. Definitely a hotel that I will be returning to.
Not so much related to the hotel itself but metal detectors at the entrance of the hotel plus the columns at the taxi entrance and the inspection for bombs before entering the hotel made me feel a little uncomfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time with my family for five nights in Istanbul, after booking a Family Room.
Unfortunately, our experience did not start well. We arrived at around 4:00 PM, but the rooms were not ready, and we had to wait until approximately 6:00 PM to check in.
Another disappointment was the Family Room. Instead of what we expected, we were given two separate rooms connected by an internal door. According to the hotel, this is what they consider a “Family Room,” but it was not what we expected based on our reservation.
The rooms themselves are not modern, and the furniture is quite old. Even the mattresses felt worn out from extensive use and could definitely use replacement.
Breakfast was another weak point. During our five-night stay, the breakfast selection was almost exactly the same every day, with no noticeable variety or new dishes.
On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and polite. The hotel also has a nice outdoor swimming pool that is open daily, along with an outdoor restaurant, which provides a pleasant place to relax and enjoy some time with the family.
Overall, while the staff and outdoor facilities were enjoyable, the delayed check-in, the condition of the rooms and mattresses, the Family Room arrangement, and the repetitive breakfast made the experience less satisfying than we had expected.
