Excellent hotel with outstanding services. The location is very convenient, and the staff were extremely helpful, cooperative, and kind throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their professionalism and warm treatment.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the fresh cookies waiting for us on arrival were such a nice touch.
Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice, including several hot dishes. We actually tried all of the hot options during our stay, and every single one was very good.
The location is perfect, in a beautiful, upscale and very safe area of Istanbul, with lots of great restaurants, cafes and shopping nearby.
Everything was 10/10 for us and we would definitely stay here again.
