My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to unclean conditions and a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. The sealed windows prevented any fresh air from circulating, and the ineffective air conditioning did little to alleviate the stuffiness, contributing to us feeling unwell. These issues, combined with poor value for money, negatively impacted our trip. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to several critical issues that significantly detracted from our overall experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was far below standard. Despite expectations of basic hygiene, the rooms and common areas were not well-maintained, leading to an uncomfortable stay.
Additionally, there was a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property. This was particularly distressing as the windows in our room were sealed shut, making it impossible to ventilate the space and clear the air. The lack of fresh air not only made the room feel stuffy but also raised health concerns, contributing to us feeling unwell during our stay.
The air conditioning system was also inadequate, which compounded the issue of poor air quality. With the inability to open windows, the ineffective air conditioner did little to improve our comfort or the atmosphere of our room.
Furthermore, considering the overall quality and experience, the hotel did not provide value for money. This disappointing experience negatively impacted our trip, turning what should have been a relaxing time into a series of discomforts and frustrations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers until significant improvements are made.

Basically hotel was good clean and comfortable ,first impression from the receptionist when I come was great , the service from in room dining was excellent thanks a lot I have kids and they help me a lot with their service, housekeeper who incharge also nice even they don’t really speak English but they are kind and want to help..
But I don’t like the reception when Almost last day before we check out , I have plan to extend (but they keep changing the price) and when I want check out there’s a woman in FO , I don’t like how they watch you from head to toe, they asked about our stay but acted like looking down to you ..basically if u booked via booking they see you as guest who paid less and cheap than guest who booked by their web or regular in hilton (so if u booked here be ready to get this impression or I hope they improve after me). I expect great hospitality here but compared to small hotel who greet you everywhere I think this hilton must trained their employees about hospitality more, much time they don’t greet you like they don’t care or when you say thanks they don’t care they not reply back. In swimming pool (indoor) I was asked to use hair cap for swim and it must be paid extra . But not long after there’s 2 guest (Turkish) was come swimming without cap I feel like they discriminate foreigners for that and the guards is playing phone in swimming pool area which is very uncomfortable we use swimming clothes too there.in restaurant at breakfast nobody assist you to find table , when I asked if there’s table that maybe the other guest is almost finish they straightly reply there’s no table all full, So I looked around by myself,(I take additional breakfast) when we eat ,they just give me the check ,not saying anything and even when I said thank you they don’t reply back .

Parcarea subterana lejeră, amplasarea hotelului foarte bună, mic dejun fabulos, curățenie exemplară, personalul este foarte amabil și te ajuta cu orice ai nevoie. Am servit și cina la acest hotel și merită toți banii. Vederea din camera de la etajul 31 este uimitoare!

Das Hotel ist 1A - ich würde nie wieder ein anderes Hotel buchen, es war wirklich Top. Das Zimmer im 32 Stock, die Aussicht, die Lage, die Betten, einfach alles top!! 🙏 danke für den besonderen Aufenthalt!!
Fand es einbisschen Schade, dass unser Zimmer nicht ready war bei der Ankunft um Mitternacht.. wir waren zu dritt, also musste ein Bett noch rein..

Shocking and beyond shocking experience not even worthy of one star , I checked in late after very long travel , my room not only was smoking room but it was full of smoke and this is simply can’t be tolerated for allergic to smoke smell person like me , despite my long travel and the fact that I didn’t sleep for one full day I could not sleep until morning, where I was promised that room will be changed but nothing happened then I fall in sleep and I woke up in the afternoon but still nothing happened. I had to book another hotel and check out despite that I paid for 3 nights , during check out they told me manager wants to talk to you just one minute but guess what , I waited for almost 15 minuted and no one came to talk to me , they had last chance to fix it but they pushed me out further then after I left and almost reached the other hotel they called and asked me to go back as if I am robot not human being looking to experience proper 5 stars service, again I expected they would refund the money at least since I check out due to their bad service but sure they did not , instead they just said next Time we will do better. What is shocking to me not the smoking room but the bad customer service and carelessness in handling me until the very last moment during check out when they told me just one minute manager is coming to you , and they kept me waited for 15 minutes and no one came as they are pushing you out because they are overbooked but they don’t want to refund it’s scam at its best

Incredible. We booked an executive room with executive lounge access. Staff were incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming. Food was amazing every single day. Beautiful room with views. Spa services were top quality. Executive lounge evening “light bites” are not just light bites - it’s a very filling, high quality and varied mini buffet every single evening! Special thanks to Atakan, chef Oğuzhan in the executive lounge, & Emre and Emrah, Engin & Enes for making our stay very special.

J’ai adorer le séjour dans cet hotel , parmi les meilleurs hôtel dont j’ai séjourner , tout cela biensur dépend du personnel , précisément les agents de réception ahmet et mustafa et la femme qui fait la nuit a la reception et autre que je me rappelle pas de leur noms mais il sont vraiment a la hauteur, il était toujours souriant et accueillant les hôtels ont besoin de plus de personnel comme eux , je reviendrai sûrement sans hésiter une seule fois

Die Aussicht vom 18'ten Stockwerk war super (Sonnenaufgang, Sonnenuntergang, etc.). Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und kostenfrei für Gäste. Das kleine türkische Kaffe ganz in der Nähe war ebenfalls super. Mit dem Taxi kann man innerhalb 10 bis 20 Minuten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.
Im Bad war die Duschbrause defekt, konnte deshalb nicht wirklich gebraucht werden. Die Türsicherung/Einbruchsicherung war schon mehrfach repariert worden und wurde nicht unbedingt fachmännisch repariert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Das Umweltbewusstsein ist noch zu optimieren (Überzug für Schuhe aus Plastik, Einweg-Hausschuhe, PET-Flaschen, .....).

I loved the ambience, the structure of the hotel, the interior finishing, the warm reception of the staff right from the door blew me away on every level!! I loved the breakfast, the room service menu is Literally the best I have had amongst others! I am definitely going to visit again! I highly recommend!

Where can we even start from. This hotel is just so beautiful, our stay here was simply exceptional! This was our very first time in Istanbul, we mentioned this to the extremely welcoming staff at reception, who gave us a complimentary upgrade to room 2119 (I think with view of sea) and we had the best room with the most amazing view. The hotel is strict on security which we didn’t mind. The ambiance, scent, exceptional breakfast, excellent service, facilities was on point (my husband also loved the gym). I would specifically like to commend the reception, the staff(and team lead) that welcomed us on evening of 30 March (evening) to the staff (and team lead) that checked us out on 1 April, around 1pm just exceptional. They were extremely supportive never seen customer service of this quality! This is now our go to hotel! Spa facilities were exceptional! Could not fault this hotel! Thank you Hilton!

Einfach alles perfekt von A-Z. Das Hotel ist einfach der Wahnsinn und dazu hat es noch eine TOP LAGE. Am Empfang wurden wir sehr freundlich von dem Herrn Mehmet empfangen. Er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und am Ende der Reise kam sogar der Hotelleiter Herr Mustafa Güzel zu uns und hat verabschiedet und gefragt wie unser Aufenthalt gewesen ist ob alles in Ordnung war. Im Großen und Ganzen war es einfach überwältigend schön und eine 10 von 10. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein und der Zimmerservice lohnt sich auch bei den Preisen. Es wird alles frisch zubereitet. Hilton Bomonti IMMER SEHR GERNE wieder danke für alles !!! T. Wahid

Very good and tasty food, cleanliness, nice executive lounge, secured and safe area, good location.
The staff in the hotel and restaurant are unorganised and far away from 5-star hotel level. Most of them don't understand english, they forgot for any additional request we had made (such as breakfast box for take away, kids amenities in the room...), check-in service is very slow.
The kids pool in the hotel was cold and useless (the staff at the pool told us that it has to be cold to prevent bacteria around the pool?!). The hotel is not suitable if you travel with kids. The facilities in the room are not great, TV remote and light switch didn't work proprely. Definitely, it is not 5-star hotel.

Although we had to pay for breakfast at check-out time, when we did return to the hotel one day later, we found that our room cards were deactivated. There was no need for this disrespect for a fee of 30€... This attitude (treating like a thief) towards someone who has stayed in your hotel many times is not forgivable.👎🏼
