Great location with lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Great value for money. Roof terrace with great views over the city.
Would be a little small for any more than 4 people.
No aircon in bedroom, only in living room - can imagine it gets very hot during summer.

Yakub was an excellent asset to my stay. He was always in touch, asking about my stay and if I needed anything. He is a cool chap.
I was confused about the terrace as it shows it in your room which isn't and it's a shared terrace, so, it it would be helpful if it's specified at the time of booking. I didn't get the chance to see the terrace

I don't understand how the ratings are so high.
The property is very basic with a bare minimum of equipment in the kitchen and no home comforts at all - other than 2 small prints in the kitchen area there is nothing on any of the walls. No mirror in the bedroom - in fact the only small mirror is above the bathroom sink.
The toilet flush did not work properly and I had to keep fiddling with the buttons and lift the lid of the cistern
There are cracked tiles in the bathroom, loose fittings on the wall and the shower drain did not smell good, which you could smell when you entered the property
I arrived late and there was nothing left in the flat for me - no water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar - nothing!
Two of the mornings I was there I was woken up at 7.30 and 8.oo am by building work directly underneath me - there is clearly zero sound insulation between floors as I could hear very detail very loudly. I messages the owner and after a while the knocking did stop, but it was too late and happened again on the Monday morning. They should not have let this flat out with the work being done directly below it.
After I left I asked for a partial refund to compensate me for the noise and inconvenience and I have not heard back - I will be pursuing through Booking.com
