The property is charming and in a great location. The staff were very welcoming friendly and helpful. I dealt with Cihan, Civan and Ilker and they were all exceptionally professional and ensured we had a great stay.

The hotel is very unique and the staff are very courteous kind and helpful. Front desk team are always smiling and ready to assist. Noting was too much trouble.
The hotel is in a very busy part of the Taksim area in Istanbul, with a lot going on until late which can impact your sleep in certain rooms.

Charming rooms with exquisite character.
Standards have declined significantly since visiting in 2023. Less clean, low quality breakfast, and overall less attention to detail.
