The Location of the hotel is excellent as well as the staff.
Though the double rooms were alright the two/three bed apartments were a bit uncomfortable mainly due to less space in the lounge and kitchen areas.

Loved the close proximity to Istiklal and the metro right on the doorstep.
No room cleaning at all is done at this property. Had to request for toilet rolls, no toiletries supplied such as shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Just 2 little soaps for our 5 days my family of 4 spent there. Towels were sour and smelly as well. Shower messes water all over the floor. Hair dryer in the bathroom was not working. Stains on the coffee table, the sound and channels on the TV was faulty. The one bedroom window handle was broken. One keycard for all of us. Dust on the top shelves in the kitchenette. We had to ask for coffee sachets every day. Lousy experience and not worth the price. The staff were friendly, the beds and bed linen were great though. However the overall stay was quite unpleasant and dissatisfying.
