Views. Decor. Size of room and amenities in room.Breakfast. Location for shopping & dining could not be better.
A fcouple of minor issues raised with the hotel immediately remedied.
Main entrance door not appropriate or welcoming for a St Regis hotel.

Breakfast was nice although service was quit slow. Staff was more busy looking on their phones than paying attention to the guests.
- The place is quit outdated and not maintained very well. The rooms and facilities are old and don't meet the 5* level at all.
- Breakfast is nice but quit limited
- The dishes are extremely overpriced. Almost €20 for a kids pasta meal.
