The location, room design, and view were absolutely beautiful. Everything about the stay felt so special and magical. The room had such a charming and elegant design, and waking up to that view made the experience even more unforgettable. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul, while still giving us a peaceful and romantic atmosphere to come back to. It truly felt like we were staying somewhere with a story and character, rather than just another hotel. One of the most beautiful stays we’ve had in Istanbul.
The property is beautiful, but the hospitality and attention to detail could be improved. The staff were friendly, but we often had to ask reception for basic things. The room initially had amenities for only one person, and after housekeeping, our toothbrush was taken without a replacement. Towels and coffee were also not replenished, so we had to request them each time.
The shower also flooded very quickly, and we were simply advised not to open the tap fully. Breakfast was the same every day with almost no variety, which became repetitive.
Overall, the hotel has great potential, but better attention to detail and more proactive service would make the experience much better.
