It was super clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We all had a great experience in general. There was a metro line right outside the hotel
The location was in a really crowded neighborhood, although very accessible in terms of transport and tourist attractions.

Location is good, close to everything, main attractions and restaurantes, shops,etc. The hotel is clean. I paid a very low, promotional price.
No soundproofing in the windows means you will get waken up at 4 or earlier in the morning. There is construction right beside the hotel too during the day.
Breakfast is not good, the food looked old and coffee was instant coffee.
The bathroom did not have a place to put toiletries etc on the sink. The room is quite small and it lacks a beside table on both slides and plugs for phone charges.
The worst was having to ask for the AC to be turned on or adjusted every time by phone. They do not let you turn It on or change temperature yourself in the room. It was sometimes turned off during the night and we would wake up and have to call again.
