Sirkeci center: a few steps from the tram stop + a few minutes walk to the ferry port + grocery store nearby, but still quiet (room opening to inner courtyard). Daily cleaning + fresh towels.
The bearded, black-haired men at the reception can't say hello! The others, yes! It was strange for me in Turkey! There is not a single hanger in the room, not even in the bathroom! Only 4 clothes racks (for 2 people). Because of the huge bed, it is not possible to move in the room.

The accommodation is good, centrally located and close to the Sirkeci Marmaray metro station and restaurants. The hotel is fairly clean; for the price, I'd give it a 7/10.
I was very disappointed with the hotel owners and staff. They were unhelpful and inflexible. I arrived two hours before my check-in and told them I needed to charge my phone for 15-30 minutes because it was dead. Their response was, "Sorry, that's not our problem; we can't help you." I was astonished by their attitude. The air conditioning wasn't working, and they told me it was a common problem in Turkey, something I'd heard during previous stays there. 🤣 They deliberately turn off the air conditioning, leaving only air without any cooling, so they don't have to pay the electricity bill. The refrigerator also didn't work. I will never stay there again.
