Great location, friendly and helpful reception, clean room.
It was smaller than it looks in the pictures, but no big deal. Good enough for solo or couples. The location is great. I spend the whole day outside and only come back at night to sleep so it’s good.

The staff is so kind and enjoyable, very nice and kind people, always available to help, suggest best places and easy way to get to them.. they also gave a gift to my baby daughter on the check out.. they realy marked our experience in Istanbul.
Also the room was good, cleaned everyday and the area is near from everything Metro, ferry, bus ext.. that was a strategic localization in the city.

The staff people were great and very helpfull. The room was small but everything you could need was there. Bed, shower, TV, WiFi, free water, VERY quiet has I asked...NOTHING to complain ! Great place to stay, I'll be back.
Can't thnk about anything that I didn't like.

The staff hospitality is the best thing of this hotel. They are so helpful and supportive. The location of the hotel is perfect to reach out to public transportation, the tourist places and the restaurants. It's highly recommended to stay at this hotel when visiting Istanbul.
