"Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sirkeci. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the classic decor creates a wonderful atmosphere.Exceptional service! The staff is friendly, efficient, and always smiling.the food was excellent, and the restaurant view of the Bosphorus is absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect."

Great location. Near major tourist destinations. Nice decorations. The young staff member that works the morning shifts was kind. He waited outside with us while we waited for our taxi.
Abdul was very unprofessional. He demanded a 10 star review and said to praise him in the review, so here it is. Late at night we asked him if he could organize a taxi, he couldn't so he called the manager who was asleep. The manager could not organize a taxi at the time we requested. We declined the taxi but Abdul and the sleepy manager would not take no for an answer. Abdul would not take his phone back with the manager on the line. I finally put the phone on the desk and Abdul kept trying to give it back to me.
Another issue is that the cleaners did not knock before entering our room in the morning.
The manager upgraded our room for free on arrival and opened the door to the room of other guests to show me what we would've gotten that he gave away to somone else instead. He didn't knock, fortunately no one was in the room but their bags were.
The manager was generally nice, except for the taxi incident.
