I had such a lovely stay at the Hilton Hotel and would definitely come back again. A special thank you to Oruc , cem Nozima and Atakan, who were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. They were all incredibly friendly, professional and always happy to help with anything I needed.
They really went above and beyond to make everything easy and comfortable for me, and their kindness made such a difference to my experience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I really appreciated how welcoming and attentive they were.
The level of service I received was excellent, and they are a real credit to the Hilton team. Thank you again to Oruc Can, Nozima and Atakan for making my stay so enjoyable and stress-free. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

الموقع جمييل جداً مطل على حديقة و على البسفور من بعيد .. بين منطقتي نيشاتشي و تقسيم ، منطقة حيه مليئة بالمتاجر والمطاعم والقهاوي .. الغرفة فسيحه وواسعه .. تصيمم قديم لكنه مجدد .. خدمة الغرف جيده جدا .. الافطار لذيذ جدا ولديهم خيارات كثيره جداً تناسب الجميع لكن يظلون الاتراك متعبين في التعامل المباشر ( غير ودودين ) يصعب التعامل معهم وغير بشوشين
القهوه في الدور الارضي تعامل الموظفين فيها سيء وبارد و يجب ان تصرخ لتسترعي انتباههم او تتحدث بلغتهم ! مع غلاء سعرها ( يعني مو قاعد مجاناً ) / عند الخروج من الفندق طلب منا موظف الحقائب ان ندخل على التقييم من خلال كود ونقييه كأسم واصر على ذلك وهو يقف امامنا ! ونحن لم نتعامل معه الا هذه الدقيقه ( موقف مزعج )

This was a memorable family stay, the room was very good and the facilities were great. Children enjoyed the pool. The breakfast spread was very good. Concierge was very helpful.
Nothing really, checkin took a long time though !

Was a pleasant to stay at Hilton especially after a great renovation, amazing food and service, thanks for a good stay to Tsira, Furkan, Mujdat and Nozima and Sara from Malva restaurant and thanks a lot for organising Nukte- we will come back again:)
