Perfect location near tram. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop restaurant.

Great location to discover the city, close to many central places. Though the hotel is on a very busy and loud street.

The view of Galata Tower from the penthouse is beautiful
The rooms were not clean. The penthouse balcony was covered in dust when we first checked in. The bathroom ceiling was dripping one night.
The elevator is often busy due to the restaurant guests.
They could have added some plants between the penthouse balconies for some privacy.
Very humble hotel though it looks more luxurious from outside. Could improve a lot with small touches.
