Beautiful and historical
Nice area close to a lot of activity
Staff at reception and main hotel were very accommodating and helpful
1. Cleaning was not complete. Glasses used by us left unwashed kept as it were etc
Cleaning seem to focus only on making the bed.
2. We used the rooftop bar 4 times but each time we went and wanted an empty seat close to the view they refused saying reserved. It was quite obvious they gave it to walk ins while we were still around
Further on the last night my daughter has been sitting in one and after a while they made her move out.
HOWEVER The staff at the restaurant one floor below were we had dinner once were marvellous and courteous

Great location with a lot of history… loved the rooftop bar.
Some of the facilities were a little dated, but I guess that’s what you get with a historical property. The top floor restaurant was closed both days we were there… this was disappointing and not sure why a restaurant would be closed on a weekend. We were looking forward to eating there.
