Fantastic hotel in the heart of Istanbul’s Old City, with an excellent location close to many major attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight, with amazing views of the Blue Mosque and Bosphorus. The rooms were beautiful and the overall service was excellent.
Just a very minor issue, the light switches were unintuitive, making it difficult to remember which switch controlled each light.
