A very nice hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly and professional. A great breakfast!!! (I come to Istanbul for many years and breakfast is always a problem for me. Here it was great.
Location is one of the best.
Two things:
1) The mattress is too soft and it's not really suitable for people with back problems.
2) I stayed in the room on the top floor and the noise from rooftop restaurant made me wake up in the morning.
All the rest is great.

Property is in a great location for any type of activity you may want to do in the city. Staff were helpful and courteous.
Bed was a little hard, but that was about it.

The reception team were very friendly, and helpful with suggestions on places to eat.
The buffet breakfast offered had a very good variety of food to choose from and tasty Omelets.
The room was cleaned well each day.
We had a noisy family staying next door but that was only during the day and not a huge issue.

Overall it was very good, lots and lots of choices. Very clean and friendly service staff. A little more variety in the hot foods would be nice.
The room was a little small, there was no drawer or shelft space other than the desk and the two small nightstands. We had to place our suitcases on the floor as there was no room to place them otherwise
