Lovely hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly. Location was brilliant. Lift and aircon a massive advantage.
More variety at breakfast but I am an Aussie who likes their cereal and toast.

We had a wonderful stay at Kate hotel. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Free bottled water is available and the late restaurants offers 20 percent discount for its guests which was awesome because the restaurant is really good. The location is perfect as all attractions are at a walking distance. Also the hotel staff helped us with airport transfers and recommendations. Highly recommended

The property was in an excellent location
We had a room on the ground floor and we were woken in the early hours of the morning by cleaners in the room next door taking to one another loudly, moving furniture and vacuuming. The room looked clean from a far but there was mould in the shower and the sheets were stained.
