The location was fantastic. Close to everything including the tram line. View from the breakfast room was incredible.
Did not know pool was in the other hotel.

The location was the only worst place to stay.
The rooms were much much smaller than expected and shown in the pictures. Apparently the pictures on the site for the hotel isn't the hotel we were staying at. It shows a pool but the pool was from a different hotel across the street. We had a garden view which was the worst view but the garden looked nothing like the pictures and there were old broken homes for our view and construction site. I didn't expect to pay that much for my birthday.

Location was good. Nice large bathroom.
There was a disconnect between booking.com and the hotel on the amount of guests. The hotel tried to charge us extra for 1 child that they claimed was not on the reservation. It took multiple calls to their sales team to get the issue resolved. Wasted a lot of time trying to iron out the details after an exhausting day to get to the hotel for check in. We were not notified that cars were not allowed in that area from 10 am to 6 pm. Had to drive around and park somewhere temporarily to get to the hotel. The place I parked charged me $30 for about an hour an a half before we were able to check in and re-organize. Also, the hotel has a sister property across the street. Many of the amenities were at the other hotel, such as the pool, sauna etc.. I felt a bit of bait and switch happening as the posting for the hotel didn't mention this detail. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue.
