This hotel is in a a great location if you want to access the old town and many of the historical sites by foot. Hagia Sofia, The Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern is approx 10min walk away. There is also a train station across from the hotel making it very easy to use the public transport that can take you across to the new town. Many restaurants surround the area, the Grand Bazaar is only a few streets away. Our room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable, the bathroom and walk in shower was large and well fitted. Fresh fruit was a lovely welcome gift. However the hotel staff made our stay incredible from Julia and Semi at customer relations who gave us great recommendations to Mr Huseyin at breakfast who always greeted us with a wonderful smile and chat.

Overall, very satisfied with all the staff, very friendly and always with a smile, both at reception and during breakfast. In fact, the service during breakfast is a 10, people are super cordial and kind. There was a man who would ask us about the number room every morning; we don’t remember his name, but he was lovely. Also, the receptionists—actually, I would like to know if it’s possible for you to tell me the name of the drink they offered us upon arrival, it was delicious and I want to try making it at home. Overall, exceptional service. Location is close to everything, so you can walk everywhere. If I go back, I would stay at the same hotel without a doubt
The only thing is that they should clean the fridge, it was a bit dirty

Fantastic friendly staff who are always willing to help. Not only are they attentive, but always greet you and happy to help at a drop of a hat. Special shoutout to the following staff members who made our stay absolutely incredible.
If I really had to pick, I would say that breakfast (if paying for seperately) slightly more on the expensive side at 25EUR per person.

The space of the room was great. The concierge on arrival was fantastic. She gave us a great rundown of how things worked and highlighted things to do. The location to all the sights was great and to public transport. But difficult for Taxi pickup and dropoffs.
Need to be aware there are 2 hotels next door to each other with the same name. The "New one" is an Accor Hotel. The "old one is not". We ended up in the wrong hotel to start with. Also when booking were thought we were comparing the same hotel (we are Accor Members) but we weren't.
Very hard for Taxis to pick you up and drop you off as there is no parking out the front of the hotel.
Our room had a spa bath that took 3 hours to fill. When we asked if there was a problem we were told no that's just how it is.
The spa in the wellness centre only had 3 jets working and the water temperature was cold.
