Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast with a spectacular view. It’s well located with a 10 minute walk to the T1 tram into the old city and a 10 minute walk up the hill to the Galata tower area.

The Staff was amazing and very helpful. Emre from the reception and Rahime from the Housekeeping were really helpful. They did everything to make my stay very pleasant, The cleanliness of the room was amazing. They provided everything I needed.
WiFi was good but login to WiFi wasn't that easy.

The reception team were excellent, we landed very early in the morning and the receptionist that were on morning shift on 23rd managed to find a room for us to rest and with the stunning view of the Galata tower. However due to slight maintenance with the room after our second night, we had to move to another room however the staff were very helpful and located us into another room with no issue.
The restaurant at the hotel top floor that serve dinner is a must try, food were excellent, literally so good that we went back for the second time.
The staff were lovely overall so we really enjoyed our stay. The location were great we well with stunning views or the tower or river.
Nothing really, I think breakfast were very simple but that’s about it as I did book it by accident…

Beautiful view, the room had good amenities, toilet was great, shower had very good water pressure. WiFi worked fine
AC in the room does not work, it was hot in the room and the windows only tilt, unable to ventilate. Staff is untrained and never were able to fix the AC or explain what was going on. Breakfast is acceptable, but 30min before breakfast finishes staff stops replenishing food, you are lucky to find bread
