It was very clean and in a convenient location for restaurants shops and catching the ferry to Beşiktaş and Istanbul.
The breakfast each morning was delicious varied and plentiful.Staff were lovely .

I came to Istanbul for Bosphorus open water swimming race. The hotel is located in perfect proximity to the camp. I believe it is 15 min walk. Room was spacious. It is also close to the area with a lot of small restaurants and shops. Staff was helpful and spoke good English. From my room I got some view of Bosphorus.
The only thing was that I was not able to enjoy the breakfast because I had to leave before 8am all three days. It would have been nice if breakfast started at 7am or 7:30am. Other than that all was great!
Oh, and other thing - not the bad but anyone might want to know that hotel is located on the hill. Basically you have to go up for 10 min if you are coming from the Bosphorus. Just saying. Some people are not used to this. I lived in mountains so for me it was easy.

The Hotel gave us a 4th floor room 403 - which had a balcony with amazing views of Bosphorus. The Hotel is well located just next to the Bosphorus Jetty. It is neat, clean, with friendly staff and a great breakfast.

The location is good.
breakfast area is good.
the unprofessionalism of the staff.
the uncleanliness.
there is no manager at this hotel according to the statement of the staff. so basically, you cannot refer to anyone except whoever is in front of you.
the furniture is old and the expendable bed in the room was broken and dangerous.
