Excellent pool, massage and gym. Quiet rooms.
Beautiful lobby and handy complimentary drinks/snacks for residents of Suite rooms served at the lobby.
Special thanks to porter Dogukan and massage therapist Rini for their top professional services.
Smell in the rooms - sometimes we felt either the smell of smoke or smell of mould coming through room ventilation, especially bathroom.
The area the hotel is in is not the best but ok.

We enjoyed the spa, the convenience of the location, and the front desk staff were super helpful.
Rooms were not sound proofed, we had to move because of this as we were here for recovery after surgery. After we moved to top floor, we were disturbed by noisy meetings and continuous knocks from the cleaners so it was no better. The bathroom fan was so loud we had to keep the door shut. The food options were pretty basic, quite bland and flavorless albeit a large menu.
