Beds were comfortable, shower worked well, staff were very nice and breakfast had a lot of options.
We asked for 2 room keys as we were friends travelling together, but not spending all out time together. We were told we could only have one.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room. Huge breakfast. Allowed us to check in early. Excellent restaurant recommended was next door. Great night time view of the Blue Mosque from balcony of our room. Would stay again.

Great location near key attractions. Bfast location overlooking Bosphorus was good. Tidy, clean rooms. Attentive staff.
air con very noisy and old, with fan hitting something internally and constantly waking up as a result. No lift. Smell of cigarettes strong. The building needs a refurbish.
