staff is the best thing this hotel has and it makes your stay better for sure
some of the cleaning problems but i know some are related to third party suppliers

The view from the room was amazing.
I booked the room for my sister sending a request that they make her stay more special because it was a birthday gift ti her. After being very nice and replying right away agreeing to it they never didn’t anything to acknowledge her birthday.

My only problem was that there was a dirty and used cup in my room.

Cleaning and breakfast
The check-in and checkout take long process with very rude staff in front disk . Location was on too far from the attraction place
