Garden and pool view 3rd floor unit. Suite had everything we needed. Showing some wear and tear but overall great unit. Property management company was very available and communicative. Would recommend this unit to family and friends.

I had specifically chosen this unit as pictures showed a couch but apparently furnishings were changed as there were 2 wicker chairs in the sitting area which were horribly uncomfortable. The entire studio looked like it had been furnished as cheaply as possible. Doors to bathroom kept falling off their railings, outlets didn't work, etc. We were disappointed in rental but enjoyed location.

This was our 3rd stay on Kauai in this suite. We love the location, beautiful grounds, convenient to the south shore beaches and liked the pool. Great price! We will be back!

A week on beautiful Kauai. Unit 334, perfect size for my sister and me. Right across the street from a small beach to watch amazing sunsets. Was a great home base for all the adventures we took. Very clean cute Studio.

Close to everything we wanted to do. Convenient and plentiful parking. If you have a lot of luggage you may want to go for a ground floor unit because there are no elevators. Enjoyed our 3rd floor views however. Quaint place and would stay again!

Not really a resort property you will want to relax at if that is what you are looking for, but really, you are on Kauai, and you should out exploring anyway. Beautiful location. Check in was easy. Nice complex. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Close to some beaches, a short walk to local stores, or a long walk to the main Poipu area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The huge disappointment was the pool chairs and umbrellas were not put out until my last week. That is the reason for a 4 instead of a 5. When I called the rental agency they brought me an umbrella that day which helped.

Property was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and beach supplies. The grounds and pool area were relaxing. Just be warned that the morning noise starts early with birds singing, the ubiquitous roosters and residents recycling their glass bottles before the sun rises.

We rented bikes for the week we were here. Everything is so close you don't need a car. But this place did not have an exterior bike rack or a place to park and lock our bikes. In fact was actually FORBIDDEN in the rental paperwork to store bikes. WHAT? The water is rising at the beaches and the state is freaking out. If small actions (like putting in bike parking) can't be done, what hope does that island have.
