About three miles from Beaver Creek Ski Resort in the Mountain Stream complex, this rental gives you good access to dining options, coffee shops, and grocery stores. This home has a retro-cozy feel with brightly painted walls and wood panel accents. The living room has a nice leather sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and a large, flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player and a DVD library. There's also a CD player, iPod dock, and WiFi access. This home also has a selection of adult and kids' games. The dining area seats four and leads to a small patio with views of the Eagle River. The breakfast bar seats two more, and has everything you need, featuring plenty of counter space and standard appliances, including a dishwasher. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to seven guests (four adults) comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a set of twin-size bunk beds and a pull-out trundle. There's also a private washer/dryer. In the winter, head to Beaver Creek Ski Resort for snowboarding, snowshoeing, and downhill and cross-country skiing. In the summer, check out Beaver Creek Golf Course, go mountain biking or hiking, or take in the annual Wine Festival in August, and reserve a spot at one of the area's white-glove wine excursions. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This retreat does not have A/C. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Was ok overall but really needs updating,

Fold out couch could not be opened. Bunk bed room’s closet door off henges. No directions for operation of TV. There were dead bolt keys on the side of doors, but no combination to open. After 20 minute phone call with Vacasa we finally got in. Only 3 classes in kitchen and 4 coffee cups. No outside recepticals for trash and recycling.

reglue all dining room table chairs before they break and someone gets hurt. needs another towel rack in main bathroom. master bedroom window latch is broken. can't window. these are minor details. the space served us well

My friends and I stayed at this property so we could do some skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek, and it was perfect! While we had a little bit of trouble checking in, we called Vacasa and they were able to get us into the condo within a couple of minutes. After that, we had no other problems. The house was great, had a pretty good selection of appliances that all worked. I really don’t have any complaints, and highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to do some skiing in the Vail/ Beaver Creek area!

Has everything you need - random things like a a few games, books, a pack.n.play, and a trundle bed, so younger kids don't have to be on a top bunk .

It's a nice property in a good location. If my family of 6 was staying for more than 1-2 nights it might feel a little cramped, but for the short time we were there it worked great! I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked · The description of this property was a total lie. “Cozy, quiet condo away from the busy life” “Views of the Eagle River from the patio.” The view out of the patio was the busy and noisy Highway 6. The neighbors are busy we were alone by a car alarm first thing in the morning from workers headed out to work, but yet we were suppose to be away from the “busy life..” The condo was cold when we arrived and took most of the night to even warm up. The condo was dirty, counters were brown with grime, switch plate covers and around door handles were dirty so COVID must be exempt here due to the lack of care for cleaning of high touch areas. The coffee maker was missing the brew cup for the filter. The master bathroom tub had a mildew riddled mat in the bottom of the tub. Every threshold had tack-strips that would poke your feet if you didn’t remember to step across them. The grill was so dirty and I maintained it started a large fire out of the grill, which after surviving a 3 alarm house fire in June of this year was not a welcome sight to see flames as high as the covered deck blazing out of the grill. Also there was NO FIRE EXTINGUISHER in or on the property anywhere. My husband burned his hand trying to get the fire out, because the grill was so dirty inside even after turning off the gas it continues to burn for another 5-7 minutes as we tried to keep it from starting the ect deck above us on fire. All we had was two little steaks to cook and it ended up a disaster. We have been full time caregivers since May of this year to my disabled grandmother and my grandfather who suffered a stroke in May, along with being business owners and parents so when you read the description of this place when you have a chance to take a break for the first time in months, it seems perfect. However it was extremely deceiving and I feel cheated not only out of Gina aces, but of out of the desperately needed rest, quiet and relaxing we needed.

Place was bright and the right amount of room for what I needed.
You can hear the neighbors from all sides a bit but no one was loud. To no fault of the owners it wasn’t cleaned properly when I arrived. Crumbs in the bed, masks left behind, dirty dishes, outside table dirty etc.
TV is not a smart TV so don’t spend an hour trying to connect it to the internet like I did.
Shower handle in main bathroom not connected.

7 Nights in Avon!
We had a very nice stay at the condo. Everything was in order when we arrived, and everything worked! The location was ideal for us since my fiancee was able to take exercise classes at Barre Forte in Edwards, and I have family in Vail. The only thing I would have preferred is A/C, but the evening breezes helped tremendously. We wished that our work schedules would have allowed us to stay twice as long!

Overall nice place. Clean (most important), well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. No facial tissue....strange.
A couple of fixes needed: bunk bed in "kids" room too squeaky to use. Luckily the trundle bed was great. The closet doors in same room were off the runners and falling out, an easy fix surely.
Location is right off hwy 6 so traffic sounds all night if you want fresh air (not awful just good to know).

We had a nice time in Avon.
The place was convenient and enough room for our family. There were a few maintenance issues such as window not opening in second bedroom and no screens which is a concern for small children in living room. Otherwise it was good.

Awesome stay
This place was great, roomy, amazing light, very well kept. snuggled into the cute little town of min turn. I loved it. I bought my 2 children as well and they loved walking around town and enjoying the deck. We would stay here again!!!
