This house was a great fit for our family. We have three little kids and the house provided plenty of space for everyone. We loved the location, too. Close to the mall and a really easy drive to St. Mary’s. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. The kids loved to Wii bowl and playing in the sunroom. They even got to enjoy the swing set a few times when temperatures allowed! We would for sure stay here again.

Our family gathered in Rochester and we loved our stay at this property. The house was much larger than it appears, has a open floor plan and a nice basement with fireplace and large TV for kids to hang out in while parents gathered above. Perfect for our two familes to enjoy!

This Rochester home ticked every box of both 'needs' and 'wants' for a family base. The owner very willingly worked with us when we inquired about arriving earlier than the initial booking, and followed up with us on both arrival and departure. The house itself is just as it was described. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully remodeled and decorated. Meal preparation in the gourmet kitchen was a delight. The gathering spaces were capacious, plentiful and well-equipped. The bedrooms all had comfortable mattresses and clean, new, bedding. We utilized this home as a temporary local. We grilled and entertained in the backyard, made large breakfasts, watched movies, played on the outdoor playsets and basketball court. We were a gathering which was composed of members of three related families and this home accommodated us with as much togetherness or separation that we needed. Our group found the location to be ideal. It was near shopping, the downtown, and highway connections. Having only one vehicle, we were able to easily walk to anything. I would happily stay here again, and would gladly recommend this for others. While in the area we enjoyed Rochester Honkers baseball, a walk to the Plummer house on the hill, the parks and golf course, the Loop Restaurant and Apache Mall. The best day trip was a drive to Lake City, MN and Pepin, WI. Consider a sail on Lake Pepin, eat at the Harborview Cafe, and drive to Laura Ingalls Wilder's "Little House In The Big Woods" site.

Easy walk to downtown, park, golf, restaurants, and mall. Nice, family-friendly neighborhood. Our son loved the play structure, when he wasn't at the park. The home is also located near bus route, and very easy access to hwy 52, for quick and easy travel throughout Rochester. Owners were great to work with. Oops, we can't forget to mention the comfortable bedding throughout the house!!!

This home was Awesome! Very clean and well maintained! This home is very welcoming and "homey". The owners were great to work with. They were quick to respond to questions and needs. Jon was always smiling and positive. The home lay out was perfect. The sitting areas up and down made for great relaxation. The backyard is a great oasis for young and old. Plenty of seating room and things to do. The sunroom was a Huge bonus! Great place to sit and relax by either reading a book, watching TV or just hanging out. We all loved to hear the rain on the roof. The home amenities were impressive. The sunroom, the backyard, the gas grill, the appliances and the over all basics. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, parks and the Mayo Clinic. The neighborhood was welcoming and quiet. My family and I would definetly recommend a stay at this home. You won't be disappointed.
